Accommodations for the whole tour. The cost of the tour is based on double occupancy. Single supplement is $600. We will be staying at Indian 4 star accomodations across India and of very good quality. All rooms have a king bed or two twins if two singles are sharing a room. All are chosen for their charm and to be comfortable. Accomodations include hotels, havelis and old palaces. All accommodations include breakfast. Transportation in an air-conditioned 9 seater van for the group with a delightful local Indian guide/driver for all of the trip. He has been leading tours for over 15 years and takes great joy in showing visitors the wonders of India.

Lunches on travel days on the road. We will also have very good local guides in each of the cities to talk to us about the history and specific sites we will be visiting.

All admissions to listed activities are included.

NOT INCLUDED

Travel Insurance and visa are not included. Indian Visa - about $100. About 4 or 5 Lunches and all Dinners. Meals are not expensive in India. You can eat well for $5-$8 per meal most of the time.

FLIGHT

Commercial flights to India range from $1,000 to $1,400 depending on departure location and airline. As much as possible we will try and coordinate the group flying or arriving together.

PAYMENTS

An $800 deposit is required to hold your place and the balance is due 3 months prior to departure when we pay for all of the rooms. There is a maximum of 8 spaces on the tour.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND

If you need to cancel your trip, please let us know in writing right away. The following guidelines apply based on when we receive your notice:
-More than 90 days before departure: We will refund 100% of any additional payments you’ve made beyond your non-refundable deposit. (Or, you may transfer your full balance to a future tour).
-61 to 90 days before departure: At this stage, our ground arrangements and vehicle bookings are locking in. You may choose:
-A 50% cash refund of your total paid amount (excluding the deposit, processed after the trip concludes), OR
-A 100% Future Travel Voucher to join us on a future adventure.
-Within 60 days of departure (or no-show): Because all final room blocks, private transport, and local guides are fully committed and unrecoverable at this late stage, payments are strictly non-refundable and non-vouchered.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You must be fully covered by medical insurance that is valid overseas. You, the participant, are responsible for obtaining comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip interruptions and cancellations, loss or theft of baggage, medical care and emergency evacuation. Mango Tango Tours (Pardee Collection, LLC) cannot be responsible for any of these expenses, and is not responsible for any travel interruptions.
